As I mentioned in the last blog post, we were nearing completion of the Winchester Discount Audio design. Well, the site is now live and ready for the world to peruse at www.winchesterdiscountaudio.com. This was a complete redesign from top to bottom including a new layout, color scheme, logo, and navigation.
The site is designed to be simple to navigate, aesthetically pleasing, cross browser compatible, standards compliant, and search engine optimized – you will notice that all images that contain meaningful text also include that content as plain text somewhere else on the same page (specifically, the left side navigation, and brand names in the footer).
The site is relatively small itself (just three pages) but it is easily expandable, should the client choose to pursue an e-commerce solution, or add additional content pages.
